How to add your app to my roku?

What is the minimum speed required to watch channels?

We recommend you to have at least 10mbps stable internet connection. Our streams begins from 800kbps to 4300kbps. If you have less than 10mbps internet connection, you can still give a try, but we can't garantee you a stable work of our channels.

I have installed EuroRoku channel but i can't find it on my Roku?

If you don't see our channel on your Roku. Restart your Roku or just update it. To update your roku device, follow this steps:
Go to Settings -> System settings -> Updates -> Update.

What Payment Methods do you have?

All payments are made through Paypal. We don't store your credit card information. If you do not have a PayPal account it's a good time to create one or pay through PayPal using your Credit/Debit card. Just choose "Don't have a PayPal account" option. PayPal concidered as one of the most secured payment systems in the world. PayPal protects customer and service provider against fraud and helps both sides resolve payment conflicts. How long does it take to get my account activated after purchase?

Right after your purchase is completed, your account is automatically activated. You will get an email with the set of instructions.

How can I activate EuroRoku service on a second Roku device?

Your current account can be linked with only 1 Roku device. To link another Roku device, please purchase our Roku package from another account. This is to prevent people from sharing our service for free. We are working on a special package that will allow our customers to connect 2 and more devices at the same time.

What is the overall Security of the site? Is it safe to purchase?

All our payment transactions goes through the most secured online payment system PayPal. We do not store any credit/debit card information.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with our service, please make a Refund request within 24 hours of purchase time. You must contact EuroRoku billing team by mail [email protected] within 24 hours of your sign up to claim a refund.

Is EuroRoku service available in USA and Canada?

Our service is available from majority countries of the world. You can watch our channels from any Continent.

Why is my channels buffering?

Try following steps: 1) Please exit the application and go back into EuroRoku channel again. This is to update EuroRoku application in case if any recent updates was done. 2) You can restart your Roku or check it for updates. 3) Try another channel and see if it is happening with another application. This is to find out if it is a temporary issue with your broadband. 4) Let us know about any technical issues so we can assist you in resolving them. Even if you have a high speed broadband, sometimes the connection between your server and ours can be temporary affected based on Network and Traffic during peak hours. If you are using Wi-FI to connect your roku device to the Internet, make sure to keep your router next to your roku device. If router is not in the same room with you roku device, try to use WI-FI signal repeater.
